The fryer cleaner granules remove dark crusts on the inner wall, heating element, and wire baskets by briefly boiling with water.
Particularly protein-rich and burnt-on breading quickly lead to strong crusts, which result in increased energy consumption and give the fryer an unappetizing appearance.
Regular treatment with the fryer cleaner quickly and effortlessly removes these deposits.

Application for Heavy Soiling
- Drain frying oil
- Fill fryer with water
- Heat water to approx. 90 °C
- Add Gastrofrit cleaner (portion)
- Stir until the granules are completely dissolved
- Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, simmer longer for heavy soiling
- Drain solution and empty device
- Rinse thoroughly
- Allow fryer to dry completely
Notes
Important: Do not use for household aluminum fryers. For commercial use only. Contains sodium hydroxide.
