BENEFITS
Self-cleaning compact granules for commercial stainless steel fryers. Fryer Cleaner Granules removes dark encrustations on the inside wall, heating element and wire baskets by briefly boiling with water. Especially protein-containing and burnt-in breadcrumbs quickly cause strong encrustations, which lead to increased energy consumption and give the fryer an unappetizing appearance. The regular treatment with fryer cleaner removes the pads quickly and effortlessly. The result is a radiantly clean, hygienically cleaned fryer with a new look. The cleaned fryer heats up faster and uses less energy.
The best result with strong incrustation can be achieved with the following procedure.
- Drain frying oil
- Fill fryer with water
- Heat water to 90 degrees
- Empty the Gastrofrit cleaner (portion) into it
- Stir until granules have dissolved
- Let it simmer for at least 15 minutes. Let it boil for a longer time if it is heavily soiled
- Drain solution and release
- Rinse
- Allow to dry thoroughly
